We source our crab from small inshore day boats that fish the waters off the north Yorkshire coast. Our crabs are landed in Bridlington on a daily basis. We then go pick them up and bring them back to our shop in Boston where we then cook them. Fresh as fresh, our crabs boiled daily. Weather predicts our catch, but due to high demand in crab claws we keep a good stock frozen in our freezer. Frozen in the shell to protect them from getting freezer burnt. Frozen claws have a good year frozen life on them and once defrosted they still have the great taste as the fresh claws. Crab Claws will be delivered fresh or frozen depending on availability.
